Weights were calibrated on Procedural Due Process — a held-out doctrine the system will never be tested against — and frozen before the DCC subset was even extracted.

Layer note: this combined score is a sort key over the justified set. The graph predicate J(n) (UOM §4.2) produces that set deterministically from the edges in slide 5. (P,D,C,A) ranks within J(n) ∈ {justified, partial}; it does not produce truth on its own.
